THE WINERY AT MANZANITA EVENT RENTAL



Rental fees: We charge a modest rental fee based on the space, time of year and number of people. The event rental fee is for exclusive, private use of the space and alcohol service staffing.

Maximum capacity for each area (no matter age):

Lower courtyard and tasting room (1st floor): 37 people
Winery area (1st floor): 56 people
Combined lower courtyard and tasting room with Winery area (1st floor): 93 people
Upper deck and tasting room (2nd floor): 29 people
Entire facility: 122 people

The lower courtyard and tasting room area can be readily rented together with the winery, as they are both on the 1st floor. The upper deck and tasting room area is on the second floor, accessed by a set of stairs. This space is not readily combined with other areas.

In addition to the event fee, we have Food and Beverage (F&B) minimums. The F&B minimums can be met with food, wine, beer, etc. consumed on-site, merchandise or bottles of wine to go.

Minimum of 3-hour rental for each area above, in which set-up, decorating and clean-up must be accomplished during the allotted rental time. Rental may not be available over holidays.

Please plan ahead to avoid last-minute changes. We may have limited flexibility for changes less than 2 weeks out from an event due to staffing schedules and logistical support.

The rental fee above is due at the time of booking to reserve the date. This fee is refundable if the event is canceled 30 days before it occurs. 

No outside wine, beer, cider or non-alcoholic drinks. No hard alcohol allowed. Please, no confetti or glitter.

Event rental is required for groups of 15 or more. A 25% gratuity will be applied to the final bill.

We can provide Leafware http://www.leafware.com biodegradable flatware and dishes upon request at $5/person. If you desire other flatware and dishes, the caterer must provide and clean these items off location.
